1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "siji4d", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://siji4d.cam and all related subdomains.
• "Platform" means the siji4d website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all software, systems, and services made available through those channels.
• "User", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by siji4d that are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total sum that must be staked before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and residence checks required by our compliance policy.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency accepted on the Platform for all deposits, wagers, and withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.

2Eligibility & Jurisdiction

Access to and use of the siji4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

1. You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. The Platform is strictly unavailable to minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.
2. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is not prohibited by applicable local law at the time of each session.
3. You must not be acting on behalf of another person, operating in a professional gambling capacity for a third party, or accessing the Platform through automated means.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of siji4d or any associated entity or gaming-software supplier.
5. You must not have previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by siji4d for violations of these Terms.

The Platform is primarily designed and marketed for players based in Indonesia. Users accessing the Platform from outside Indonesia do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with their local regulations. siji4d makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions other than those we expressly support.

3Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. siji4d reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and confiscate balances where duplicate Accounts are detected.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address within Indonesia, and a valid email address you control. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. siji4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Account Currency

All Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Platform does not support multi-currency Accounts. No currency conversion services are offered; all deposits, wagers, bonus credits, and withdrawals are processed in IDR.

4KYC Verification

siji4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with international anti-money laundering standards and to protect the integrity of the Platform. Verification may be requested at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any time at our discretion.

4.1 Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: A clear, full-colour copy of a valid government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence confirming your residential address, issued within the last three (3) months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the payment method used for deposits belongs to you — for bank transfers, this may include a bank account statement; for e-wallets, a screenshot of the registered account profile.

4.2 Processing Time

siji4d will endeavour to complete KYC reviews within two (2) business days of receiving all required documents. Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion. Repeated failure to provide adequate documentation may result in Account suspension.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

siji4d currently accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits are denominated in IDR. siji4d does not accept deposits via credit card, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed on the Platform.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via local bank transfer during Indonesian banking hours (typically 08:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Saturday) are generally credited within five (5) minutes. Off-hours transfers may take up to 24 hours. E-wallet deposits are processed in real time. siji4d is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking systems.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same Account and verified under KYC. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Requests submitted during peak periods or requiring additional verification may take longer.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

siji4d reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. All suspicio us activity will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with our legal obligations.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by siji4d are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the automatic expiry and removal of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. siji4d reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived therefrom — where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Coordinated play with other users to artificially meet wagering requirements.
• Placing offsetting or hedging bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Providing false registration information to qualify for a targeted promotion.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Where an Account holds both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, real-money funds are used first for wagering unless the Platform interface specifies otherwise. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited upon any withdrawal request that reduces the real-money balance below the required threshold.

7Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the siji4d Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and market type. These include but are not limited to: single-match bets, Asian handicap, over/under totals, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets), and live in-play wagering. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and a confirmation reference is issued, the odds are locked.

7.2 Void Bets

siji4d reserves the right to declare a bet void and return the stake under the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion of the minimum required playing time; the bet was placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a manifest error; or the outcome is subject to an official review that materially alters the result after settlement.

7.3 Casino & Slot Games

All slot, live dealer, and table games on the Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live studio feeds provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate at the time of publication and may be verified with the respective game studio.

7.4 Togel Markets

For users participating in togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on the Platform, draw results are sourced from officially recognised draw providers. Stakes are final once a ticket is confirmed. Results are published promptly after each draw, and winning payouts are credited to the Account Balance automatically.

7.5 Maximum Winnings

siji4d reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits per event, per day, or per game type. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant betting or game interface. Winnings exceeding these limits will be settled at the stated cap, with the excess forfeited. This provision does not apply to progressive jackpot games where separate jackpot terms apply.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the siji4d Platform. Breach of any of the provisions below may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform, including to place bets, gather data, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players or exploiting software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, or identity theft.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any financial transaction unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without prior written consent from siji4d.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any siji4d staff member or fellow user through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through the use of a VPN, proxy, or any IP-masking technology.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the siji4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, domain, website design, graphics, user interface, text, software, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of siji4d or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

10Privacy & Data

siji4d is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

In summary, siji4d collects personal data necessary to operate your Account, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and handled in accordance with internationally recognised data protection principles.

11Responsible Gaming

siji4d is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We offer a suite of player-protection tools accessible from within your Account settings at any time, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, siji4d and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if siji4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party banking or payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (subject to KYC clearance and the absence of pending investigations) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable period. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.

13.2 Termination by siji4d

siji4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or poses a legal or reputational risk to the Company. In cases of confirmed fraud, the entire Account Balance may be forfeited.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination of these Terms.

14Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which siji4d holds its international operating licence. The parties irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process.

If you are accessing the Platform from Indonesia and a dispute arises, siji4d will first endeavour to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive resolution within 14 business days.

15Amendments

siji4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your Account in accordance with Clause 13.1.
